Special Events

Wye is much more than just somewhere to buy locally produced food. Situated by the ancient college building with a lovely Green for children to play on, it's a place where people from the local communities come together to share a special morning. Friends meet up, people chat with neighbours, young and old browse the stalls selling everything from fesh fruit and vegetables, cakes, bread, jams, chutneys to fish and game.  Food stalls sell delicious sauasages and iced buns to be enjoyed with a cup of hot tea or coffee.  Between April and October we provide a free bouncy castle for young children to play on, and we frequently have live music from local students.

4th September - Oyster Morris Dancing Group from Canterbury will be visiting Wye Farmers Market and will be dancing from 10.30am. There will also be a free bouncy castle for the children (weather permitting!)
