Burscombe Cliff Farm, situated at Egerton near Ashford produces free range beef, organic pork and lamb, sausages and bacon. Sustainability is an essential component to the way they work, harvesting rainwater and obtaining electricity through renewable sources such as Good Energy. They are even looking into running all their farm vehicles on bio-diesel! The welfare of the animals and of surrounding wildlife is also an important reason for farming organically, and of course the quality and flavour of the meat speaks for itself!
